PREF 2009 launches the PREF Excellence Award, an awards-giving body, composed of marketing and real estate professionals of unimpeachable integrity that will recognize creativity, design and marketing excellence in the field of real estate. The first ever PREF Excellence Award aims to cultivate and uphold the often overlooked power of creativity, design, marketing and effective communications in the success of the development company.

Honoring the men and women behind the various real estate companies, PREF Excellence Award aims to recognize outstanding marketing campaigns, most effective product launches and presentations, and best real estate design projects, among others.

The PREF Excellence Award takes on the task of istinguishing the brilliant from the acceptable, and embarks on a mission to set apart the outstanding from the good enough.
